Thank you for shopping with Adepa Medicals. We ship thousands of medical supplies, durable medical equipment, over-the-counter medications, and prescription items nationwide every day. Below is our complete shipping policy.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses.
At this time, we do **not** ship internationally or to freight forwarders outside the United States.
Order Processing Time
Most in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) are processed and handed to the carrier the **same business day**.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories: Delivery times are 5–10 business days via USPS Priority or UPS. Additional surcharges may apply.
Free Shipping
Free Standard Ground shipping on all orders over $300+ (after discounts, before tax).
Tracking & Order Status
Every order receives a tracking number emailed within 1 hour of shipment. You can also track your order 24/7 in your account dashboard.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the order minus the original and return shipping costs.
P O Boxes: Most items can ship to P O Boxes via USPS. Oversized items require a physical address.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days so we can file a claim.
Visible damage: Refuse delivery or note damage with the carrier and contact us immediately.
Concealed damage: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Shipping Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify shipping rates, carriers, or delivery times without prior notice. Rates displayed at checkout are final.
